Using reminders

Fakkerny helps you create reminders based on time, arrival or departure, or time spent in a selected app. You control the reminder's content and settings. Delivery depends on Android permissions, device settings, battery restrictions, location accuracy and continued service access. Force-stopping the app can prevent reminders until you reopen it. Location reminders are not guaranteed to trigger at an exact boundary or instant.

Use another reliable method for critical obligations. Fakkerny is not an emergency, medical monitoring or life-safety system.

Online approval, updates and service availability

Fakkerny stores reminders on your device but requires initial online service approval and periodic renewal. Initial approval happens automatically when connected. Renewal attempts start 30 days after the last successful approval. If approval has not renewed by 60 days, reminder management and AI become restricted. Existing scheduled reminders can continue during the remaining grace period. After 90 days without renewed approval, future reminder deliveries pause until access is approved again. A ringing alarm can still be dismissed, and saved reminder data is retained.

We can restrict service access or require a newer app version. An explicit service restriction or update requirement applies when the app receives it and can restrict management before those deadlines. It does not extend the previous approval's reminder-delivery grace period. Reconnecting alone does not restore access if the service remains unavailable or an update is required. Clock inconsistencies may require another online check.

When access is restored, future eligible reminders resume; past one-time reminders may be marked missed rather than all ringing at once. Do not rely on indefinite offline availability. Service outages, limits, discontinuation and supported-version changes can affect functionality. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law and store policy.

AI drafts and personal keys

AI is optional and needs internet access. Drafts can be incorrect; check dates, times, places and recurrence before saving. The shared allowance is limited and subject to service capacity and abuse protection. It is not a promise of permanent or unlimited AI access. Your personal Groq account is subject to Groq's terms, model availability, quotas and any charges from that provider.

Keep your API key private. Do not use the service to bypass rate limits, interfere with others' access, or create unlawful or harmful content.

Price and future changes

This version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertisements. Future versions may introduce optional paid features or advertising with updated disclosures and any required consent. These terms do not authorize automatic charges. Purchases, if introduced, will be presented with their applicable price and conditions before purchase and will follow applicable Google Play requirements.

استخدام التذكيرات

يساعدك فكرني على إنشاء تذكيرات بالوقت أو الوصول إلى مكان أو مغادرته أو بعد قضاء مدة في تطبيق معين. أنت تختار المحتوى والإعدادات. يعتمد إيصال التذكيرات على أذونات Android وإعدادات الجهاز وقيود البطارية ودقة الموقع واستمرار الوصول إلى الخدمة. قد يمنع الإيقاف الإجباري للتطبيق إيصال التذكيرات إلى أن تعيد فتحه. لا نضمن إطلاق تذكيرات الموقع في لحظة أو على حدود دقيقة تمامًا.

استخدم وسيلة أخرى موثوقة للالتزامات الحرجة. فكرني ليس نظام طوارئ أو مراقبة طبية أو حماية للأرواح.

الموافقة عبر الإنترنت والتحديثات وتوفر الخدمة

يحفظ فكرني التذكيرات على جهازك، لكنه يتطلب موافقة أولية عبر الإنترنت وتجديدًا دوريًا. تتم الموافقة الأولية تلقائيًا عند الاتصال. تبدأ محاولات التجديد بعد 30 يومًا من آخر موافقة ناجحة. إذا لم تُجدد الموافقة خلال 60 يومًا، تُقيّد إدارة التذكيرات والذكاء الاصطناعي. يمكن للتذكيرات المجدولة سابقًا الاستمرار خلال بقية فترة السماح. بعد 90 يومًا دون تجديد، يتوقف إيصال التذكيرات المستقبلية إلى أن تُجدد الموافقة. يظل بإمكانك إغلاق منبه يرن بالفعل، وتبقى بيانات التذكيرات محفوظة.

يمكننا تقييد الوصول إلى الخدمة أو اشتراط إصدار أحدث من التطبيق. يسري التقييد الصريح أو طلب التحديث عند استلام التطبيق له، وقد يقيّد الإدارة قبل تلك المدد. لا يمدد ذلك فترة السماح السابقة لإيصال التذكيرات. الاتصال بالإنترنت وحده لا يعيد الوصول إذا استمر توقف الخدمة أو كان التحديث مطلوبًا. قد يستلزم عدم اتساق ساعة الجهاز فحصًا جديدًا عبر الإنترنت.

عند استعادة الوصول، تُستأنف التذكيرات المستقبلية المؤهلة؛ وقد تُسجل التذكيرات المنفردة الماضية كتذكيرات فائتة بدلًا من إطلاقها جميعًا مرة واحدة. لا تعتمد على استمرار الاستخدام دون اتصال إلى أجل غير محدد. قد تؤثر الأعطال وحدود الاستخدام وإيقاف الخدمة وتغيير الإصدارات المدعومة على الوظائف. سنوضح التغييرات الجوهرية وفق ما تتطلبه القوانين وسياسات المتجر.

مسودات الذكاء الاصطناعي والمفاتيح الشخصية

الذكاء الاصطناعي اختياري ويتطلب الإنترنت. قد تكون المسودات خاطئة؛ راجع التاريخ والوقت والمكان والتكرار قبل الحفظ. الحصة المشتركة محدودة وتخضع لسعة الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وليست وعدًا بوصول دائم أو غير محدود. يخضع حساب Groq الشخصي لشروط Groq وتوفر النماذج والحصص وأي رسوم يفرضها المزود.

حافظ على سرية مفتاحك. لا تستخدم الخدمة لتجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو تعطيل وصول الآخرين أو إنشاء محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار.

السعر والتغييرات المستقبلية

لا يحتوي هذا الإصدار على مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو اشتراكات أو إعلانات. قد تقدم إصدارات لاحقة ميزات مدفوعة اختيارية أو إعلانات مع تحديث الإفصاحات والحصول على أي موافقة لازمة. لا تمنح هذه الشروط إذنًا بفرض رسوم تلقائية. إذا أُضيفت مشتريات، فسيظهر سعرها وشروطها قبل الشراء، وستتبع متطلبات Google Play المطبقة.
